Screeners
Screeners are devices used to separate materials according to particle size and/or density. Each screener is equipped with specially designed sieves that perform the separation process, and their construction varies depending on the input material. The machine is set into vibration by an electric vibrator, causing the material to move across the screens, where smaller fractions pass through and are separated.

Vibrating Screeners
Our vibrating screeners are designed for sorting bulk materials into fractions, with particle size determined by the number of screens used and the size of their openings. They are easy to operate, have a simple structure and, thanks to their compact and enclosed design, require minimal installation space in the technological line. Flexible sleeves connect the screener with upstream and downstream equipment.
We also offer vibrating screeners with protective enclosures that prevent dust from entering the machine interior, protecting mechanical components from contamination-related damage. Our vibrating screeners are built with a sealed housing made of S235 structural steel. Depending on configuration and application, they can operate at capacities from 2 t/h to 25 t/h.

Eccentric Screeners
Eccentric screeners are another type of industrial automation equipment designed to separate bulk materials into fractions of defined characteristics. They operate using an oscillating motion generated by an eccentric motor, which moves the transport screw along its axis.
This ensures that the material is evenly spread across the screen surface, leading to precise separation of fractions.
