In the installations designed and executed by us, we mainly use components of market-leading brands such as: SIEMENS, Allen-Bradley or EATON. Automation and visualization are crucial for optimizing pellet and briquette production. Thanks to them, the operation and diagnostics of possible failures are much easier. Automation allows for the control of all stages of production, starting from monitoring the line’s stop and start times, ending with the speed of the pellet granulator or the amount of granulate obtained. All data allows you to better plan production and possibly introduce necessary changes. Measuring the parameters of the obtained granulate allows you to set the machines so as to improve its quality.
