Material Handling Equipment
Efficient transport of materials is essential, as it prevents downtime and significantly simplifies operators’ work by limiting their tasks to overseeing the entire process.
Which conveyor should you choose?
The type of conveyor must be matched to both the characteristics of the transported material and the installation layout. Several types of conveying equipment are suitable for transporting chips and other bulk materials. The choice depends primarily on the required distance and height between processing points.
One of the most common solutions in pellet production lines is the screw conveyor, which ensures stable feeding of material into subsequent processing stages. For loading and unloading bulk materials, drag chain conveyors are frequently used, enabling horizontal and inclined transport. Belt conveyors (also known as belt feeders) are typically used for horizontal transport within production lines. Bucket elevators are ideal for vertical conveying.
A properly designed production line is the foundation for selecting the right conveyors for a given application. Our specialists can recommend the most practical solutions for your facility, prepare the technical design, deliver the required equipment, and install and commission the entire automated production line. Our offer also includes operator training, after-sales service, and full access to spare parts.
On our website, you can find detailed specifications of all available material handling devices.

Machines & Equipment
Belt Conveyors – CPT Series
Commonly known as belt conveyors, these are the standard transport devices used in production lines. They are also widely used in logistics, warehousing, material handling, and construction industries.
Material Handling Equipment
Bucket Elevators – CPK Series
Our CPK bucket elevators are designed for vertical transport of bulk materials such as pellets, sawdust, dust, wood chips, and similar biomass fractions. We manufacture them in various sizes, providing capacities from 22 m³/h to 238 m³/h. The elevators are built from modular components made of Magnelis®-coated sheet metal, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.
Drive Unit (Head Section)
The drive module is a bolted structure with a main drive shaft mounted in high-quality self-aligning cylindrical roller bearings. Each elevator is equipped with a standard NORD gear motor with an integrated backstop.
Boot Section
The boot is a bolted construction equipped with a speed sensor that cuts off power when belt slippage is detected. It includes an inspection opening that allows cleaning of the module interior. In the standard configuration, the inlet hopper is positioned at the front of the elevator to improve energy efficiency.
Leg Sections
The leg segments have a standard length of 2000 mm and are fitted with flanges for easy installation. Each front segment features inspection openings allowing quick access to the buckets and belt.
levator Belt & Buckets
Standard belts are suitable for ambient temperatures from –30°C to +50°C and are made from antistatic materials compliant with ISO284 and DIN22104. The buckets feature a universal geometry ensuring high throughput and suitability for a wide range of materials.

Material Handling Equipment
Screw Conveyors – CPS Series
Our CPS screw conveyors are designed for transporting sawdust, wood chips, pellets, and other bulk materials. The housing is made of structural steel with a Magnelis® coating, while the screw shaft consists of a thick-walled steel tube with a 10 mm flight welded along its length. Shaft journals are mounted in high-quality self-aligning ball bearings (SKF or INA/FAG).
Each screw conveyor is equipped with a rotation sensor and inspection openings with overflow sensors. Depending on configuration, throughput ranges from 15 m³/h to 100 m³/h.
CPS screw conveyors are widely used across industries and can be customized to meet specific requirements. They are also integral components of our pellet production lines, ensuring stable and uniform material feeding to subsequent processing stages.

Material Handling Equipment
Belt Conveyors – CPT Series
Belt conveyors (also called belt feeders) are widely used in production lines, logistics centers, warehouses, and the construction sector. Our CPT conveyors are designed for horizontal transport of bulk materials such as pellets, sawdust, dust, and chips. They are commonly used for silo loading and unloading.
Depending on design, they offer capacities from 25 m³/h to 250 m³/h. Each unit consists of a drive section, tensioning section, and intermediate segments that determine the total conveyor length. Conveyors are equipped with multi-layer belts driven by the head section and supported by transport rollers. The frame is made of Magnelis®-coated structural steel.

Material Handling Equipment
Drag Chain Conveyors – CPZ Series
CPZ drag chain conveyors (redlers) are designed for horizontal and inclined transport (up to 60°) of bulk materials such as pellets, sawdust, dust, and chips. They are used for silo loading/unloading and for feeding hammer mills, pellet mills, and other technological sections—ensuring uninterrupted operation of the entire production line.
Thanks to their robust design, redlers ensure smooth and reliable transport regardless of the material’s properties.
Construction Sections
Drive Section:
Equipped with NORD motor and gearbox, rotation sensor, inspection port with overflow sensor, and high-quality self-aligning bearings (SKF or SNR).
Tensioning Section:
Ensures constant chain tension during operation.
Intermediate Sections:
Standard lengths of 1900 mm and 1950 mm, with custom options available. The bottom is lined with 10 mm PE1000 wear-resistant antistatic plates for low noise and long service life. A sliding guide ensures precise chain tracking.
