Furniture-industry waste management – briquette presses for MDF dust and chips

Furniture producers face a challenging type of production waste. MDF dust and board chips take up a lot of space and are expensive to dispose of. Our technologies offer an effective way to manage this material. They enable up to a sixfold reduction in waste volume (dramatically cutting disposal costs) or converting it into high-calorific fuel (for use in appropriate industrial installations such as waste incineration plants or cement plants).

Briquetting machines for joineries and furniture factories

Processing MDF dust and coated materials

We specialise in technologies that allow briquetting of difficult materials. Unlike low-cost machines, our briquette presses use reinforced hydraulic systems capable of handling material containing adhesives, resins and varnishes. This allows you to turn dusty, problematic waste into hard, compact briquettes that are easy to store and transport.

Questions and answers

Can MDF and chipboard dust be briquetted?

Yes. Our machines are technically designed to press fractions containing synthetic binders. The resulting briquette has very high density, saving warehouse space and reducing waste-logistics costs.

Can the machines handle glue and varnish residues?

Yes, we use reinforced hydraulic and mechanical systems resistant to furniture-industry waste and woodworking chemicals that often clog standard equipment.
