Can wet manure or poultry litter be granulated?
Direct granulation of high-moisture material is not possible. Our lines use drying and feedstock-preparation systems to achieve high-quality pellets.
How to achieve a hard pellet that doesn't crumble or generate dust?
The key is a proper granulation and cooling process that “locks” the pellet structure, which our technology ensures.
Does the granulation process eliminate bacteria and pathogens?
Yes. During granulation, high temperatures are generated (thermal hygienization), eliminating most harmful microorganisms (e.g., Salmonella, E. coli), making the feed or fertilizer safe and extending its shelf life.
