Material Handling Equipment

CPZ series chain conveyors

CPZ drag chain conveyors (redlers) are designed for horizontal and inclined transport (up to 60°) of bulk materials such as pellets, sawdust, dust, and chips.

Material Handling Equipment

Characteristics of Drag Chain Conveyors

They are used for silo loading/unloading and for feeding hammer mills, pellet mills, and other technological sections—ensuring uninterrupted operation of the entire production line.

Thanks to their robust design, redlers ensure smooth and reliable transport regardless of the material’s properties.

Construction Sections

Drive Section:
Equipped with NORD motor and gearbox, rotation sensor, inspection port with overflow sensor, and high-quality self-aligning bearings (SKF or SNR).

Tensioning Section:
Ensures constant chain tension during operation.

Intermediate Sections:
Standard lengths of 1900 mm and 1950 mm, with custom options available. The bottom is lined with 10 mm PE1000 wear-resistant antistatic plates for low noise and long service life. A sliding guide ensures precise chain tracking.

The V-TS chain’s special construction allows shortening link by link and prevents chain separation during operation. Scrapers are fitted with 10 mm PEHD-1000 cleaning pads.

Benefits of Redlers
  • Very low energy consumption

  • Automation of material handling

  • Increased production efficiency

  • Reduced production waste

  • Suitable for biomass recycling and waste reduction

  • Reliable, continuous operation in industrial environments
