To ensure the proper moisture content of the material from which the pellets are made, it is necessary to use a water supply system and a moisture sensor. Manual operation of such devices would be difficult and time-consuming, which is why automatic systems work best. Our proprietary design, the so-called Final Material Preparation Systems for Pelletizing, consists of a water supply system with an automatic moisture measurement and stabilization system (maintaining moisture at ±0.5%), a water pressure maintenance station, and auxiliary elements.
